Accepting current and new patients
Champion Performance is operating on new guidelines and regulations for both our staff and patients to ensure the safety of everyone. We will maintain the standard of no more than 10 people in the building at any time. We have also built additional cleaning time in to the daily schedule. Thanks to our large space of 6000 square feet therapists and patients will be spread out across the clinic to minimize exposure.
PATIENT EXPECTATIONS:
1) MUST WEAR A MASK. You will not be allowed in for treatment without a mask.
2) WE WILL TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE. Patients with a temperature of 99.5 or greater you will be asked to reschedule for another day. Please take your temperature before leaving your house
3) PLEASE USE HAND SANITIZER UPON ENTRY AND EXIT. We will have some at the door where you enter.
4) IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK OR HAVE COVID LIKE SYMPTOMS PLEASE CALL TO CANCEL. We will not charge a late fee for patients cancelling due to illness.
